Your evening begins with transportation picking you up at 3:55 PM, whisking you to Chief Sielu’s legendary luau grounds where a warm Kukui Nut Lei welcome awaits. Settle into your Paradise section seat and dive into the culture headfirst — weave your own headband from banana leaves alongside the dancers, taste traditional Hawaiian staples like poi and Lomi Lomi Salmon, and gather around the sacred ‘Imu as Chief Sielu unearths a slow-roasted Kalua pork dinner in time-honored Hawaiian fashion.

As the sun sets, the all-you-can-eat luau feast begins, featuring mouth-watering Kalua pork, sautéed Asian-style fish, and roasted tropical BBQ chicken. Adults 21+ enjoy 2 complimentary drinks to toast the evening. The night culminates under moonlit skies with the funniest, most authentic Polynesian show in the South Pacific — a breathtaking performance of fire dancing, tree climbing, Polynesian drumming, and comedy, all produced and headlined by Chief Sielu, the original World Fire-Knife Dance Champion and Ambassador of Polynesia.
