Your evening at Ka Moana Luau begins with check-in between 4:45 and 5:00 PM, where you’ll be welcomed with a traditional shell lei greeting. From 5:00 to 6:00 PM, immerse yourself in a rich lineup of hands-on cultural activities including lei making, hula lessons, coconut-headband weaving, ukulele lessons, a coconut tree climbing demonstration, and a mesmerizing fire-making demonstration. It’s the perfect way to connect with the heart of Hawaiian and Polynesian culture before the main event.

At 6:00 PM, guests are invited to enjoy a generous island-inspired buffet featuring fresh-cut fruit, lomi lomi salmon, traditional poi, Hawaiian sweet rolls, steamed white rice, a daily special fish, shoyu chicken, and Kalua Pork. From 6:30 to 7:45 PM, the award-winning main show takes center stage, showcasing the vibrant traditions of Hawaii and Polynesia in a spectacular production that culminates with a thrilling Polynesian sword of fire. The evening wraps up from 7:45 to 8:00 PM with a cast meet-and-greet, giving you a chance to connect with the talented performers.

Classic Seating at Ka Moana Luau places you in a comfortable, designated area to enjoy the full luau experience, including the buffet dinner and the award-winning Polynesian show. Each guest receives one complimentary drink ticket, redeemable at the bar. The bar menu features tropical Island Mai Tais, Salmon Creek Chardonnay, Merlot, and White Zinfandel, domestic beers including Budweiser and Bud Light, and soft drinks such as Coke, Diet Coke, and Sprite. Non-alcoholic options include coffee, hot tea, and fruit punch.

Pricing for Classic Seating is $129 for adults (18+), $109 for youth (13–17), $89 for children (4–12), and free for lap children ages 0–3.
