HOW IT RUNS
The instructor supplies boards, rash guards and reef booties. The safety briefing covers ocean safety, wave etiquette and reef awareness; land training then works through paddling, the pop-up, stance, turning and dismounting. In the water the coach picks suitable waves and pushes you into them until you are catching your own.
