WHAT THE SURF LESSON INVOLVES
Surf N Sea has been part of Haleiwa for decades, and their lesson is pitched exactly as you would expect: turn up able to swim, bring a good attitude, and they handle the rest. Two hours, taught at whatever level you arrive with.
HOW IT RUNS
Lessons meet at the store on Kamehameha Highway and run daily at 10am and 1pm. The beginner session covers ocean safety, surf etiquette, pop-up technique and board control across the full two hours. Intermediate, advanced and private lessons include the use of their rental boards and are shaped around your own goals and schedule.
