WHO IT IS FOR
People who want to try eFoiling one-to-one but do not need to master it in a single sitting. This is the mid-length solo option, running roughly 1 to 1.5 hours in total, and the operator pitches it plainly at students of average shape and age who want to experience eFoiling rather than take it up seriously. It is $50 cheaper than their full-length lesson and about half an hour shorter, so the question is simply how much water time you want. Because an eFoil is electrically powered you are not paddling or waiting for waves, which is why fitness is much less of a factor here than in a surf lesson. You meet at Sand Island on the South Shore.
Consider instead: if you want to properly get to grips with it in one go, the full-length solo lesson is $249 for approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. If you are booking with others, the group eFoil session is $149 per person. A different operator runs private eFoil lessons from Ke’ehi South Beach at $260.10 for 1.5 hours, with helmet, vest and whistle provided.
