A lesson built specifically around two people learning together, with two students to a coach. Soul Surfing run it at Ukumehame rather than the busy Kihei breaks, which is the main practical difference — fewer boards in the water and more room to make mistakes.
HOW IT RUNS
The instructor supplies boards, rash guards and reef booties. Once you are suited up, the safety briefing covers ocean safety, wave etiquette and reef awareness, and the land training works through paddling, the pop-up, stance, turning and dismounting. That preparation is the part that makes the water time productive.
