WHAT THE FAMILY SURF LESSON INVOLVES
The family version of Soul Surfing’s lesson, sized for a private group of three to five with four students to a coach. Nobody outside your party is added, so the whole session belongs to your group.
HOW IT RUNS
Boards, rash guards and booties are supplied. The session opens with a safety briefing — ocean safety, wave etiquette, reef awareness — then land training covering paddling, the pop-up, stance, turning and dismount. The remaining time is in the water with the coach helping pick waves and pushing people in.
